Our Finance and Controlling team in the Espoo headquarters is now looking for a Specialist, Investor Relations.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing interim reports, stock exchange releases and related material
- Managing the annual report project
- Managing and developing the IR website
- Preparing internal IR reporting material for management and the Board of Directors
- Participating in investor meetings and events
- Support global media relations including drafting press releases and identification of key financial media, globally
- Providing support and back-up to the VP, Investor Relations
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop and participate in financial reporting processes, produce IR materials, and participate in various IR activities. The IR Specialist reports to the VP of Investor Relations. We are looking for an analytical team player, who is good with numbers and has a systematic and result-oriented way of working. We value strong networking skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
The requirements for a suitable candidate are:
- University level degree in relevant field (e.g. finance, economics or engineering)
- Previous relevant work experience from the capital markets, controlling, financial communications or comparable tasks in a global business environment
- Experience in producing financial communications materials for shareholders and analysts
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Finnish, and PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong understanding of financial figures
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A hands-on “can do” attitude, willingness and ability to travel
