In this Senior Head of IR and Strategy role you will be responsible for leading Enento´s Investor Relations and Strategy function. It is a new role, which combines these two areas of responsibility. You will report to CFO Elina Stråhlman and collaborate with the top management (Executive Management Team). In this role you can significantly contribute to our success story and future growth.
As Head of Investor Relations , you will work with the key stakeholders in the organization and develop Enento´s IR strategy. You will actively build and drive the equity story and convey it through multiple channels, such as investor events, analyst meetings, quarterly updates and annual reports and investor websites. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO providing timely insight and market analysis. You will lead financial communications and prepare the interim and annual reports, stock exchange releases and financial press releases as well as investor presentations.
As Head of Strategy , you will oversee and coordinate the strategic planning, development, and communication as well as steering the execution of the strategy. You will also be responsible for the sustainability strategy of the company. You will work together with our Executive team and business leaders to support decision-making and new business development by offering high quality information on the market trends, industry and competition. You will identify new business and M&A opportunities and lead M&A projects.
We are looking for a Candidate with
- Previous work experience as an equity analyst, investment professional, investor relations in a company or from other relevant position.
- Capital markets understanding.
- Prior experience in working with top management and supporting the decision-making and strategy creation
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Master’s degree in relevant field, e.g. business or technology.
