Outokumpu, a global leader in stainless steel, is in search of an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team in Helsinki.
The Role:
As an Investor Relations Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our Investor Relations team, responsible for engaging and maintaining dialogue with analysts and investors to ensure the fair valuation of Outokumpu in the capital markets. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player with the capabilities and willingness to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively contribute to the development of our equity story with a strong focus on financial analysis.
- Analyze and benchmark the competitive landscape and prepare quarterly updates.
- Work closely with the strategy team, businesses, and Outokumpu leadership to prepare accurate and timely information for the financial markets.
- Proactively manage analyst and investor inquiries.
- Plan and prepare materials for Investor Relations events such as roadshows, seminars, conferences, Capital Markets Days, and site visits.
- Develop and manage internal reporting for the Board of Directors and the Outokumpu Leadership Team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least two years of relevant work experience in investor relations, the capital markets, corporate finance, or controlling in a listed company.
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent.
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of financial statements; financial modelling capabilities and understanding of valuation methods is considered a big plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Finnish, other language skills (especially German and Swedish) are considered an asset.
- Customer oriented mindset, capability to build internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Advanced command of MS office tools.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with flexible working hours occasionally.

Location:
This role involves close collaboration with key internal functions such as finance, strategy, treasury, communications, and businesses. The position is permanent and based at Outokumpu headquarters in Helsinki.
