We are now looking for an Investor Relations Manager for our award-winning Investor Relations team in Helsinki. Could that be you?
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will create and develop our financial communications and be an important part of building proactive and trusted relationships with the capital markets. Kemira is undergoing a sustainability transformation and you will play an important role in repositioning our equity story. You will work alongside the VP, Investor Relations and you will be collaborating closely with our Finance and Communications teams. In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Creating and developing investor communications, including interim reports, investor presentations and stock exchange releases.
- Maintaining relationships with investors and analysts: coordinating roadshows and other investor events, such as Capital Markets Days and Annual General Meetings. Participating in investor and analyst meetings.
- Overseeing our investor relations website and contributing to its development.
- Maintaining our investor database (CRM).
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Academic degree, preferably in finance / accounting or a related field.
- Some experience in investor relations, equity research, or a similar role.
- Proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently, even under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of financial and legal requirements for publicly listed companies (dependent on work background).
- Ability to create impactful presentations with PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Finnish and English.
- Experience working with Workiva’s WDesk is a plus.
